The Newest 2010 BMW M6

The 2010 BMW M6 is expected to be released in the year 2010 in massive numbers. When compared with the present model, the new M6 comes with redesigned tail-lights, enlarged headlights, bumpers and new exhaust pipes. The next generation M6 will possibly be powered by the V10 twin turbocharged engine that was used in the previous generation M5 models and even the dual clutch transmission may also be on the cards. At the moment, BMW is not willing to let out any details about the new design styles, but it is quite unlikely that the new BMW M6 will come with the same design styles as that of the current generation BMW 6 series models.

But, it has been discovered that the new vehicle will come with a sharper brink on the body and with extra large headlights on its front fascia. Its engine is expected to produce about 600-700 hp of throughput. The new BMW M6 model will be offered in two different trim levels namely the M6 2-door coupe and the 2-door convertible models.

The M6 coupe model is expected to achieve 11 miles per gallon in the city, and 17 miles per gallon on the highway roads. The coupe variant will be equipped with the 5.0 liter V10 gasoline engine and falls under the category of the subcompact cars. The vehicle will be offered in the rear wheel drive.

The M6 convertibles will also be powered by 5.0 liter gasoline V10 engine, and featured with rear wheel drive, two door and four passenger seating capacity. But, till date transmission looks like the only major concern. So, lets keep our fingers crossed and hope that the next generation M6 models come with a superior transmission and more trim options.

Here are the tech specs, pictures and other minute details - basically everything that you may want to know about 2009/2010 BMW M6
